Defendant, Henry Dixon, was charged with murder. At trial it was uncontradicted that he shot and killed decedent; defendant asserted self-defense as a justification for the shooting. A jury returned a verdict of guilty, and the trial court sentenced defendant to a term of 20-50 years in the Illinois State Penitentiary. Defendant appeals his conviction and presents these issues...
