Strouse, was found guilty by a jury on two counts: (1) theft of approximately $30,000 in children's clothing from a motor truck moving in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659, and (2) kidnapping the truck driver, Michael Joseph Homza, and holding him against his wishes in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1201(a).
