The appellant was convicted of possession of marijuana and sentenced by the court to four years imprisonment and from this judgment he has appealed.

From the State's evidence it appears that on the night of August 1, 1971, Officer Conner of the Montgomery Police Department, in company with an informer, went to an address in Riverview Court where the officer saw the informer receive a package from the appellant....
