ROBERTS, Judge.

This appeal is taken from a conviction for the offense of robbery. Punishment was assessed at 15 years' confinement.

Appellant alleges nine grounds of error. The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged.

A witness for the State, David Pope, testified that on the night in question, January 25, 1971, he was employed at Church's Fried Chicken in Mesquite. Near closing time, he saw appellant and another man standing...
