State Mutual Assurance Company of Worcester, Massachusetts, was sued by Bennie and Louise Trujillo, who sought to recover $5,000 as named beneficiaries of an insurance policy insuring the life of their son, Benjamin Roland Trujillo. The case was tried to the court on stipulated facts. Judgment was entered for plaintiff for $5,000, less the amount of outstanding loans and interest due against the policy....
