Defendant B. W. S. Corporation, Inc. took a devolutive appeal1 from the trial court judgment permanently enjoining defendant "... from disposing of any acids and/or chemicals on their property." Essentially defendant argues that its industrial waste disposal operations, by which it expects to serve the whole gulf coast petro-chemical and refining industry (Tr. 357), are safe and pose no harm to adjacent landowners and residents...
