Action for damages by plaintiffs for injuries sustained by Irma L. Krengel in a fall on the premises of defendant F. W. Woolworth Company on October 2, 1968. The jury returned a verdict assessing plaintiff Irma Krengel's damages in the sum of $44,000 and those of her husband, plaintiff Martin Krengel, in the sum of $10,000.
