On July 25, 1972, appellant was indicted by the Grand Jury of Baldwin County for possession of marihuana in violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. On August 14, 1972, he appeared in open court with his attorney and pleaded guilty to the indictment and was sentenced...
