On June 23, 1971, Molex, Inc., petitioner, mailed a letter to the Air Pollution Control Board requesting a variance under the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 111 1/2, par. 1001, et seq.) A hearing was held; and, on January 6, 1972, the Board entered an order granting Molex, Inc. a variance to emit particulate air contaminants...
