This is a suit by the plaintiff, Albin Guillot, d/b/a Al's Dozer Service, against the defendants, Sam P. Ryan and S & R Adhesive Co., Inc., in which the plaintiff seeks to recover the sum of $3,675.00, the value of certain fill dirt hauled, delivered and spread by the plaintiff at a building site owned by defendants, under the terms of a contract with the defendants. The defendants answered the plaintiff's petition with a general denial of liability...
