Defendant Gerald Einhorn testified at this nonjury trial before me for four counts of criminal contempt (Penal Law, § 215.51) that prior to receiving a subpoena to appear before the Grand Jury in question, he encountered his long-time friend and bookmaker, Philip Sherbert.
