This appeal is from the overruling of a new trial motion upon a conviction for possession of marijuana. Appellant contends the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction, that in fact a motion for directed verdict of acquittal should have been sustained. Additionally, there is a special ground attacking the overruling of defendant's motion to suppress the evidence.
