This is an appeal from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals sustaining the examiner's rejection of claims 1, 2 and 10 of appellants' application1 directed to compounds useful for treating Parkinson's disease. All these claims were rejected under 35 U. S.C. § 102(b) and claims 1 and 10 were rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112. We reverse in part and affirm...
