ELLIS, Judge:

Plaintiff, The Travelers Insurance Company, brings this suit against J. E. Jumonville, Sr. for the value of a tape recorder admittedly destroyed by defendant. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered in favor of defendant, and plaintiff has appealed.
