The defendant, W. M. Heroman and Company, Inc., contracted with the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University to construct a "plant-office supplystores building", and the defendant, American Employers Insurance Company, wrote the surety bond on the construction contract. Plaintiff, Charles W. Cox, was engaged as subcontractor by Heroman to do electrical work on the project for a contracted price of $37,590.00.

Cox now sues Heroman...
