These suits were brought by eight wholly-owned subsidiary corporations of the Coco-Cola Company, engaged in the business of bottling and selling carbonated beverages, to recover Federal income taxes totaling $181,995.19, plus assessed interest and statutory interest, for the calendar years 1962, 1963, and 1964.1 The tax was paid as the result of the disallowance of investment credit which plaintiffs had...
