Plaintiff, Doris E. Watson, was seriously injured when the car she was driving "overshot" a T intersection and continued down a rock-strewn hillside 55 feet before coming to a stop. She filed this suit seeking damages from the City of Kansas City, based upon the contention that her injuries resulted from the failure of the City to warn of the dangerous condition existing at that place.
