This is an appeal from a judgment maintaining an exception of prescription and dismissing plaintiffs' suit against one of the named defendants, T. L. James & Company, Inc. The suit was filed on December 2, 1963 against T. L. James and numerous other defendants no longer before the court. It arises out of a tort which occurred in 1956 and 1957 when T. L.
