PER CURIAM.

Appellant was indicted by the Grand Jury of Montgomery County. The indictment charged him with the possession of "amphetamine or barbiturate tablets, depressant or stimulant drugs, contrary to the provisions of § 5(c) of Act No. 252, of the Acts of the Legislature of the State of Alabama, Regular Session 1967."
