The offense is burglary; the punishment, enhanced under Article 63, Vernon's Ann.P.C., life.

Amarillo Police Officer Larry Barlow testified that while on routine patrol at approximately 3:30 a.m. on the night in question he discovered the White Barn Lounge had been burglarized and entry effected through a broken window at the rear of the building.
