On July 6, 1966, defendant was convicted by jury verdict of robbery armed in violation of MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. This conviction was affirmed in People v Henderson, 10 Mich.App. 333 (1968), and subsequently reversed by the Michigan Supreme Court...
