This action was brought in the circuit court of Du Page County to enjoin continuation of defendant's compost producing operation on its Prince Crossing mushroom farm, and to recover damages for loss of revenue and patronage at plaintiff's outdoor "Cascade" theatre, which is adjacent to the farm.
