FREEMAN v. COLLINS et al.

Supreme Court of Georgia.

Decided March 9, 1972.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

J. Ralph McClelland, Jr., for appellant.

Peek, Whaley & Haldi, William H. Whaley, R. Joseph Costanzo, Jr., for appellees.
