Robert Blackwood and Tobias Cohen were convicted by a jury before Judge Constance Baker Motley of transporting in interstate and foreign commerce securities of a value of more than $5,000, knowing the same to have been stolen, 18 U.S.C. § 2314, and of conspiracy to do so, 18 U.S.C. § 371. They were sentenced to concurrent terms of five years on each of the five counts of the indictment...
