Plaintiff, Mrs. Lorena Bush, and her husband, Van Bush, brought this suit claiming damages due to the alleged negligence and want of skill on the part of the defendant, Dr. Kay Moore, a plastic surgeon who performed a rhytidectomy (or lower face lift) on Mrs. Bush.
