The defendant filed a motion for post-conviction relief, under Crim.P. 35(b), alleging that (1) post-conviction lie-detector tests conclusively demonstrated his innocence, and (2) his right to due process was violated by certain perjured testimony of two prime prosecution witnesses and the intentional or negligent failure of the prosecution to disclose a medical report that was contradictory to the prosecutrix' testimony.
