These are medical malpractice actions brought by a husband and wife against the defendant physicians each of whom has specialized in the field of diagnostic and therapeutic radiology. The wife is the victim of the alleged malpractice. The husband1 has sued for consequential damages. A jury trial was held in the Superior Court. At the end of eight days of testimony, the plaintiffs concluded their case...
