This is an appeal from a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Wood County entered in an action which actually involves three separate civil actions. Hamilton Watch Company, a corporation, and Atlas Container, Inc., a corporation, are the parties to such actions, all of which arise out of contentions relating to hereinafter described identical subcontracts.
