Defendant, 15 years of age at the time of the offense, was charged with killing his uncle while under the influence of narcotic drugs. He was certified by the juvenile court for prosecution in the district court pursuant to Minn.St. 260.125. The jury found him guilty of murder in the third degree in violation of § 609.195(1).
