This appeal brings for review a judgment of conviction upon a charge against three defendants, including the appellant, that the three "did then and there unlawfully have in their possession or under their control a narcotic drug, to-wit: Cannabis Sativa, commonly known as marijuana, in excess of five (5) grams."
