This is a suit to recover delinquent taxes, penalty and interest. This case was consolidated for trial with Cause Number 15,959, entitled B. M. Jamison et ux. v. City of Pearland, and with Cause No. 15,960, styled Lula B. Thompson v. City of Pearland. After the parties rested the cases were severed and judgments were entered in each case.
