PER CURIAM:

The district court dismissed Dryden's motions to vacate sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We affirm.

Appellant filed simultaneous motions to vacate two federal sentences imposed for violation of Internal Revenue laws relating to non-tax paid distilled spirits.
