The Appellant, Eugene Allen Griffin, charged by information in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, with the offense of Grand Larceny, in Case Number CRF-69-2875, entered a plea of guilty and was found guilty of that offense on the 9th day of September, 1970, at which time his sentencing was deferred for a period of one year.
