PER CURIAM.

In a criminal proceeding in Scott County, the city attorney for the city of Shakopee filed an affidavit of prejudice against the presiding judge. The judge disregarded the affidavit and set the hearing before him at a future date. This court, upon application of the city attorney for a writ of prohibition, ordered the judge to refrain temporarily from proceeding until the further order of this court.
