PER CURIAM.

This is a suspensive appeal by Leonard Charles Yates from a conviction for criminal neglect of family, La.R.S. 14:74. He was tried by the judge, found guilty and sentenced to serve six months in the parish prison, the sentence being suspended but placed on five years probation on the condition that he pay $100 on the 5th and 20th of each month thereafter, beginning December 20th, 1971.

Though the issue has not been raised by either party, we dismiss...
