On September 29, 1966, Robert J. Washington, filed an application for disability insurance benefits stating that he became disabled in November, 1965. His application was denied and he requested a reconsideration on December 9, 1966. Upon reconsideration, his claim was granted and the appellant was awarded benefits effective June, 1966. The Secretary later determined that the appellant's disability had ceased...
