This case is before us on appeal from a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board denying a workmen's compensation claim filed by appellant, Joan Demond, on September 22, 1967. The claim is made against appellee, the University of Hawaii, for injuries suffered by appellant ten years earlier on September 16, 1957.
