This is an action for compensation claimed to be due under the Workmen's Compensation Act, hereafter referred to as the Act. The trial court denied compensation and the workman has appealed.

The claimant, Robert C. Einfeldt, formerly resided and was employed in the state of Colorado, where he developed back trouble and underwent three laminectomies and one spinal fusion. The latter operation failed...
