Farmers and Merchants National Bank, Winchester, Virginia, is here upon an appeal of right from a final order of the State Corporation Commission granting Virginia Savings and Loan Association authority to establish a branch office in Winchester. Farmers and Merchants intervened in the proceeding before the Commission and opposed approval of the proposed branch. Its sole contention here is that the evidence does not support the Commission's finding...
