Per Curiam.

This litigation concerns the plan to co-operate the multiple dwelling at 150 West 79th Street, New York City, containing 72 rent-controlled apartments. Plaintiffs seek judgment declaring that the co-operative plan referred to in the complaint is null and void and that the tenants are not subject to eviction and shall continue to enjoy their rights as statutory tenants and for damages.
