Plaintiff-movant seeks to dismiss the appeal of defendant, Pargas, Inc., and Pargas' insurer, Aetna Life and Casualty Company (Appellants), from judgment granting plaintiff workmen's compensation benefits for injuries sustained while in Pargas' employ on or about September 25, 1969.
