A real estate firm, Perkins & Son, filed suit against Dalton Laborde to recover a commission allegedly due plaintiff as a result of a sale of property by Laborde to Kleinpeter Farms Dairy, Inc. From a judgment of the trial court awarding plaintiff $2,640.00, defendant perfected this suspensive appeal.

We affirm.
