The petition alleges that "the above child, Milton Edwards*, was admitted to Staten Island Hospital on March 23, 1972 with scratch marks on his face and abdomen, and swollen shoulder joints due to trauma. An old fracture of the left clavicle and protein deficiency were detected. The respondent parents gave no adequate explanation of the above. By reason of the above, the child Richard Edwards
