The appellant, William M. Carlton, Jr., alleges that while driving his automobile on the proper side of North Broad Street in the City of New Orleans, on November 11, 1969, he was struck from the rear by an automobile owned and driven by defendant William Harvey Moynan. Some eight months after the accident but prior to the filing of this suit, appellant and his employer, Travelers Insurance Company, entered into a compromise of their respective claims...
