Respondent determined deficiencies in the Federal income tax of Harlan and Kathryn Hilliker, hereinafter petitioners, for the calendar years 1963, 1964, and 1965 in the amounts of $6,345.20, $8,555.54, and $5,900.27, respectively. The total deficiency for each of the above years arises by virtue of petitioners' ownership of stock in Civic Newcomer, Incorporated...
