This is an action brought by plaintiff against his employer for wrongful discharge, wherein it is alleged that defendant's actions abridged plaintiff's First Amendment rights and caused him damage. Jurisdiction of the Court is invoked pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 1343(3) and Title 42, United States Code, Section 1983.
