This is an action brought by the state receiver of Korf's Sixth Avenue Inc., against Mr. Korf, the corporation's former president and principal stockholder, to recover the value of certain transfers made by Mr. Korf to pay off a note that he had personally secured while the corporation was insolvent and going out of business. The action was removed from the Circuit Court of Kenosha County on the basis of diversity...
