The appeal is from a judgment of the trial court denying appellant's motion to quash a writ of execution issued out of the Court of Domestic Relations for Jefferson County, Texas. No party has raised any question as to our jurisdiction to pass upon the controversy presented by this record; and, although counsel were questioned about the matter on oral submission, there was no suggestion of any lack of jurisdiction to hear and determine the appeal....
