This is a declaratory judgment action brought by Plaintiff Continental Insurance Company (Continental). Two insurance policies of Continental are involved. One is a Homeowner's Policy issued to Defendants Joe and Thelma Thompson. The other is a Family Automobile Policy issued by Continental to the Defendant Richard McGuire.
