This is an action to recover monthly disability benefits under a group accident and health insurance policy issued by defendant to the Union Pacific Railroad Employees Hospital Association to provide such benefits to Union Pacific employees for disability "as the result of bodily injury arising from accidental cause." Defendant appeals from a judgment awarding such recovery to plaintiff, after a trial before the court, without a jury.
